All orders are sent with AusPost. There are two delivery options - Standard or Express.

All orders will have tracking provided to the customer.
Postage prices are dependant upon weight and will be calculated at the checkout.
Delivery times are dependant upon AusPost timeframes.
International shipping is not an option at checkout and will need to be organised via the 'contact' form or via email


We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or customised items.
If an item arrives and is damaged or faulty in any way, please get in touch via the 'contact' form or email with clear images or video showing the fault.
All items will need to be posted back in their original, unused condition within 7 days of receiving it.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process the refund once the item has been successfully returned.
